Ingredients
Ready-made pizza dough
3–4 tbsp crème fraîche
2 garlic cloves, finely grated
1 tbsp grated Parmesan
1 tbsp pickle (gherkin) brine
Handful fresh dill, chopped
100g grated mozzarella
½ red onion, thinly sliced
Sliced gherkins (for topping)
Instructions
Preheat oven according to dough instructions (typically 200°C / 400°F).
In a bowl, combine crème fraîche, garlic, Parmesan, dill, and pickle brine.
Roll out pizza dough and spread the prepared sauce evenly over the base.
Layer with mozzarella, red onion, and sliced gherkins.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
Garnish with extra dill or gherkins after baking if desired.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add chili flakes or pickled jalapeños before baking. Great served with a side of ranch or garlic dip.
