2 strip steaks (10 oz each), cut into cubes
1 teaspoon steak seasoning
1 teaspoon dried parsley
4 tablespoons butter

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Air fry the potatoes for 15–18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- While the potatoes cook, season steak cubes with salt, black pepper, steak seasoning, and dried parsley.
- Add the steak bites to the air fryer for the last 8–10 minutes of cooking. Toss once halfway.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and stir in minced garlic.
- Drizzle garlic butter over the cooked steak and potatoes just before serving.
