Description

Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes is a quick, hearty dish featuring juicy steak bites and crispy potatoes tossed in rich garlic butter.


Ingredients

  • 3 large potatoes, diced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 2 strip steaks (10 oz each), cut into cubes

  • 1 teaspoon steak seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

  • 4 tablespoons butter

  • 1 teaspoon minced g


Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Air fry the potatoes for 15–18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • While the potatoes cook, season steak cubes with salt, black pepper, steak seasoning, and dried parsley.
  • Add the steak bites to the air fryer for the last 8–10 minutes of cooking. Toss once halfway.
  • In a small saucepan, melt butter and stir in minced garlic.
  • Drizzle garlic butter over the cooked steak and potatoes just before serving.
